![]() ![]() What is the most stressful part about working at the company? ![]() It's easy to get clinical experience here without extra credentials or courses required. What is the best part of working at the company? My only frustration with the job was that I often had to teach people how to use simple technology (how to right-click or copy-and-paste or maximize/minimize a window), and 25% of the time, I was not able to do that in the brief period that I was allowed pay to do so before each training shift since those sorts of incompetencies usually meant that I spent a lot of time teaching them how to use the EHR, so it made me much less productive each training shift and frustrated some of the providers we scribed for. HR and recruiters were knowledgeable and communicative. The onboarding process was easy to understand and keep up with. It was also great that even when I finally got to my main site, I never felt like I was overworked because they did well at hiring the appropriate numbers. It was great that I received 32 hours per week during this time, though, so I didn't have to twiddle my thumbs and go broke. I was slightly dismayed that it took about 2 months after training before I started receiving full-time hours, but I understood that it was because the site I was hired for kept delaying the process. There were a variety of sites and cross-training opportunities. However, I likely only made the amount I did with ProScribe because several states have minimum wages that high, which was about $8 higher than my state's minimum wage (federal minimum wage). My pay as a Virtual Trainer Scribe with ProScribe was better than it was as an in-person scribe and team manager with a directly competing Florida-based scribe company. ![]() Would definitely work for/with ProScribe again. ![]()
